Sly channels missing ?

Hi today on my Dreambox sky premier hd/ Disney HD and scifi / hor hd channels are not working anymore, I rescanned my channels and still not working, the non hd channels of these work perfect. So I contacted the person who supplies my cline and he tells me this.

No sky are changing the system on hd channels and over next few months HD will be gone. Normal sd will be fine

Is this true surely not.
