sim 2.01 dm800se not working !! help !

Hi ,

My dm800se not working , oled screen and cooling fan not working , I plug the power adaptor nothing happens , only red led put on inside the device , What can I do ?

First try another PSU yours could be weak.

But to be honest it does sound as though you have a hardware fault.

I tried another 12v 2A adaptor (original is 12v 3a) nothing happens

Try to connect with Dreamp and see if you reply to the decoder

If you have 800 you probably have some component failure inside. capacitors are usually there in the heat are used up.

Today , I try another psu 12v 3A it works !!! but I plugged the original psu it works again !?! yesterday , I unplugged dm800se and it waits 15-18 hours .. how does it happen ? , maybe some capacitors overload ? any suggestions ...
