After a two year career of blowing over $150,000 on 162 different prostitutes, 54-year-old Terry Martin was finally found guilty of having sex with his latest liaison, a 12-year-old girl.
Martin pleaded not guilty to the underage sex charge, saying he believed the 12-year-old girl he paid to have sex with was 18, as she was advertised in a newspaper at the time.
After he was arrested, Martin told police that a side effect of one of the drugs he had been prescribed for Parkinson's Disease was hypersexuality.
Despite being found guilty, the Justice suspended the sentence, saying he believed Martin would not have had sex with the girl had it not been for the medication.
