I downloaded Dreambox on my iphone. How can fill in the settings? I am living in egypt.

just put the ip username and pasword of the box in the settings,if your going to use it around the house,if your going to use it outside of the house you will need a port asigned to the box and a dyndns or no-ip account,then you use that as the address instead of the ip of the box.
