sending from home to work

Good morning spider box users.
I have a question is it possible to leave my spider box on a channel at home and watch the same channel on my computer screen at work.
if so how do i go about setting it up.i have asked this question on another forum and the answer was no,but i received a pm from somewho said it may be possible,i know some one will say why you dont ask the person who pm you,i cant seem to contact this person.
