what makes reed switch blow

If constantly blowing, it suggests it is not just a one off issue but there is an underlying cause

Operator error, wiring up the motor cables to the reed switch connections is a common cause.
Or it could be issues with the equipment. There are only two pieces of equipment though, a positioner, often a v-box and the 36V motor.

so u saying its the jack then
How can moonbase say its the jack when he has no hands on experience of your equipment, he is giving his opinion on what it could be. You need to test your equipment but how you test you type of equipment i'm unsure. Maybe test the motor to see if its going short circuit. I'm guessing there should be no continuity between cable in and casing of the motor.
