Rai not working?????

Rai4 isn't working with me,other rai channels 1,2 & 3 is working bcoz they r fta atm,
but Rai4 got scrambled and not working also with keys????
anyone else facing same problem or just wid me??

If not working with september key, please select ECMPID 06AA, not 0FE2.

Unfortunately, I have the same problem, but I'm afraid I don't know what you mean with ECMPID 06AA, not 0FE2. Can you please explain?

Menu -> ToH -> OK -> Parser -> Parser -> Edit -> select ECMPID 06AA -> OK ("Line added to PMCT").

Ok, I've done that now and installed the new Keybin, but still no RAI. What could be the problem? ORF is working perfectly.
