QBOX Problem

My qbox HD doesnt want to open, the screen freez on:

Welcome to QBOXHD
Booting .......
IP: 192.168.1.50
Loading Linux
Please wait a minute ..


Please advise what to do.

Better to start with a clean Install !
Turn off rear switch, remove mini usb, quick format on windows pc.
Take a second usb, do the same and after copy the qboxhd_update file (firmware) to this usb.
insert both usb and turn on receiver, wait and see if it works !
