Problem flashing SUNRAY SR4

I repost with a shorter form: I'd like to reflesh my SUNRAY SR4 sim2.20; I've tried by usb pendrive with a GP image but after following the commands displayed in the correct order the decoder dosen't reboot and it remains blocked. It is necesary a power on/off and it restart with the old image newnigma2-dm800sev2-v4.0.12
Could You please help me to install the GP image?
