Polish business channel to rebrand

The Polish business channel TV Biznes is to be rebranded Polsat Biznes on February 18.
It will also become an encrypted service in the next few days.
The change has been brought about by the channel, which is operated by the national commercial broadcaster Polsat, no longer being profitable.
Aside from the name change, there will be significant changes made to its output, especially at weekends.
TV Biznes was launched in 2004 and acquired by Polsat three years later.
It had an audience share of only 0.04% as of last month, according to data produced by Nielsen Audience Measurement.
