Plugin to open Afn at 9 degrees east

I have a card
* DvbSkyStar Usb2 HD CI
I've tested it with any plugin. I did not have the package
* Afn at 9 degrees east if packet hacked.
Yeah, but this does not open or maybe I do not remember to activate it.Have you tried 'Powervuemu'?
I am not sure if it works with a skystar as I think that is quite an old card, but it might.
Not every kind of plugin works with my card because it is checked and it's not a problem.

This plugin was checked by a friend with the same card in Germany and worked without problems on another direction, and it is not a problem, and I can not only open the afn package at 9 degrees east with no plugins. Thank you for helping me.
The problem is that there is no plugin for this package
You need to look in the Powervu encryption section to find the info you want.
