PGI 0.8 Image for Ipbox 9000HD

Waht is new:

• The new version of the operating system STLinux-2.3 and the new user interface
• A huge number of old and new fixes (too many to list them all)
• Update: busybox 1.17.1
• In the list of channels (1 column) added information about the three programs (current and next two) for the selected channel
• The list of sub-channels (for PiP) is now possible to display favorite
• Improved image quality in PiP
• A large number of improvements for PiP and sub-channels
• Reduced the reload time receivers with tuners Conexant (download microcode in tuner is only when necessary)
• New tool to convert recordings made on previous versions of firmware in the new format (thanks arvy), see CONVERTER_ru.txt
• Effects of colored buttons (except blue) can now be reassigned to all models of receivers using the web interface
• New feature: custom settings for aspect ratio images (aspect ratio) using the file / var / etc / ar.conf (detailed information in the file)
• New option: to use capital letters to show the channel names on the front panel display

Before installing the image

This image is based on the new DGS Images. There are significant differences between this version and earlier versions before PGI 0.8:

* The image used new drivers and a new kernel, along with the new graphical interface
* The images from the older images are NOT compatible with this version, but there is a tool to convert it (see CONVERTER_de.txt)
* The old plugins from the images are NOT compatible and must be updated so they work again

- Fix: the old version of / media / filelist.**** is automatically deleted when you boot, if available (to prevent epic fails when booting)
- Update: Fixed bug in the tool to convert recordings
- Fix: The mount of USB and network media did not work
- Fix: The option for the EPG background search in the CIP settings did not work
- Fix: the pppd daemon was not fully activated

- Tool for converting images from the old images (thanks to ARVY). More detailed information about the tool can be found in the CONVERTER_de.txt
- The Red, Green and Yellow button can now be assigned to any functions on all models (over WebIf)
- Custom aspect ratios can now use the / var / etc / ar.conf be defined and used (see the detailed explanations in the file)
- New option which is the channel name on the VFD display in upper case
