OSN/tadreeb team up for training

OSN, the region’s leading pay TV network and twofour54 tadreeb have announced a two-year partnership to offer a tailored Digital Fundamentals Training Programme to support expertise in digital multi-platform engineering and delivery in the UAE.
OSN is currently enhancing its services with the transition to high quality picture and audio broadcasting over digital multi-platforms. This Digital Fundamentals Training Programme has been especially tailored to upskill and support OSN engineers as the network undertakes these improvements. Training areas include: Generic DVB / Satellite broadcasting, Picture Grading, Waveform usage, Audio monitoring and management and Multi-platform media format management.
Mike Tomlisson, Training and Development Director, OSN added: “OSN is continually growing and developing its broadcast services with new and improved technologies. In making these transitions into the digital world, it’s absolutely vital that our engineers upgrade their skills and have access to professional training. We’re delighted to be working with twofour54’s tadreeb to deliver tailored Digital Fundamentals Training Programmes. OSN will benefit with improved internal processes and excellence and ultimately increased customer satisfaction.”
