Official viaccess card Private Tv stopped working

My official viaccess card Private Tv stopped working after the channel switch to new frequency (Hotbird 11.179H). The card remains valid until January 2015 and works in the other two channels (FL TV and Brazzers TV).
Can anyone explain what is going on? Tanks.

Twelve hours in official viaccess cam and not updated!
I think the problem will be another... The provider has shut down this type of cards disrespecting their customers.
It's not the first time this happens with this type of channels.
Any way thank you.
