is it possible to put the new via provider BIS in a new RP ? Putting the new keys for id 20810, 20820 in a rk is not working !

I2 is back on vplug . Is it possible to reactivate c+nl with putting the vplug key in a rk ? Or does we need to have a new rp from Testi ? Or is it not possible at the moment ?
