Neotion 601 cant get nova sport or investigation discovery

Hi Guys,

Just started using my neotion 601 again but i am having problems finding nova sport on 12643 - 27500 - V also my box does not see any signal on the new tp 12531 - 23340 -V Can anyone help in these matters please.

Just found out it seems that i have no Vertical transponders They show that there but it only picks up the horizontal channels. Any thoughts guys?
