AIS Engineering, Inc., a communications provider to federal and commercial clients, specializing in satellite communications, has announced the hiring of Mike Fowler as Vice President, Business Development and Government Sales, reports directly to Hilda Sylla, President of AIS Engineering, Inc. Fowler will be responsible for identifying, developing and growing the government market.
Prior to joining AIS, Fowler, has held Director positions within the satellite communications market that have been instrumental in generating strategic sales that have resulted in new products, new technology, hybrid networks and market share growth. He most recently held the position of Sr. Account Director at SES Government Solutions. Prior to SES Government Solutions, Mike held senior sales and business development positions with ViaSat, Inc. and Comtech EF Data. He is a proven professional with over 25 years of experience with an understanding of the communications markets from both the technical and the business development side.
