motor wont move

just uploaded blackhole image and my motor is stuckon 1west it wont move with the buttons under the motor either, mind i have been using a satellite meter to tune in the dish, and when i fitted lnb back 1west works great but it wont move to any other satellite

whats your settings in tuner menu are you using usals or manually move the dish to each sat and store.

yes nothing changed on box all settings the same and correct its as if there was no power going to the motor

in tuner menu go to limits and press the colour button to disable limits then try it

what have you set it up as usals or DiSEqC ???? if DiSEqC select DiSEqC 1.2

cheers m8 that done it :thum: one other question i find i have to move the positioner fine movement to the west about 20 clicks on the remote to get signal higher in the 80s what adjustments should i make on the longitude and latitude to compensate for this

i dont use usals mate as my dish is out of line,i just move the dish to each sat and store the position of each sat as i go along,i usually start at 42e then your moving west to every other sat, ie 39 28 26 23.5 19 16 13 10 9 7 5 0.8w
