Morebox not working, is it working with you

Dear Guys,

morebox is not working at all with me from 16 may 2011, it is showing 0000 on the screen panel

Please can somebody confirm that it has just gone sick or is it still working.

if its working still please help me to find some software, through which it cam work

I have Morebox 3329C its seriel number is : M0912008154.. I have installed new above mention firmware . but still is showing 0000 data . Is there any Solution for me ? Plz tell or explain how to change something in circuit .
