losing stations

Hi guys,can anybody tell me why am i losing my stations.itv3,itv3+1 and channel5.Ive had my duo for about 2 years and not really changed anything.Can anybody help?

Rescan 28e or use a recent channel list.

Hi lewis to update your transponder list on your vu duo download dreambox control centre and dreambox edit.If you want sly only download mr/mister transponder folder to your desktop and unzip.If you want multi satellite list down load catseyes folder.Open control centre and connect to box using ethernet cable.Open dreambox edit and browse for your downloaded file.Select the file and it will open so you can see all the channels and transponders.Click on copy to dreambox and the info will be transfered to your duo.Reboot your box and all your channels will be up to date.The mr/mister folder is set out like sky channel listings e.g 101-102-103
