Looking for a plugin

Does a plugin exist that will make my vuduo require a password to allow it to boot up?

I know there are plugins that can block certain channels, but I want to control who actually uses the receiver.

I dont think there is and to be honest i would have thought this is not possible unless it is written into the actual image itsefd with a startup script, something similar to how windows has an admin account then you can add user1,2,3 etc...

It did used to be written into a previous image on my very old DM7020.

It was quite a handy plugin.
