ZON’s next generation platform IRIS is now received in almost half the company’s triple and quad play homes.
The latest results published by the Portuguese operator show that it ended the third quarter with 792,500 subscribers to its triple and quad play services, or 5.4% more than a year earlier.
Of these, 49%, or 390,300, received IRIS, representing a gain of 51,500 on the previous quarter.
ZON had operating revenues of €365.8 million in Q3, down by 2.1% on a year earlier.
Its EBITDA fell by 1.5% to €139.9 million and net income fell by 46.8% to €18.4 million.
