I need help with my DM800HD pvr

A few days ago I changed the image and channel list. (Image # 76 Old changed for ssl84 by always a sim 2.01)
Until that day everything looked good on my Dreambox 800 HD PVR (clone).
When opening the DCC program put me in red FTP (not connected)
I already I have solved (already in green again) with the NCF sim2 Repair Tool program.
The image that comes with the NCF is a sim Newnigma2 2.01 # 76D.
Now I see the free channels but I see the payment, where I have the server sent me to file the Cline that I have, but I do not know what to do and where and how to put, I always made it a friend who is no longer in this world.
The question is whether someone who knows what I can do to help out with the help of Teamwiever, we could have the first contact by MP, SKYPE, Whatsapp.
