T-Home (Magyar Telekom) remains the leading provider of fixed line broadband services in Hungary, claiming a higher market share (34.8%) at the end of February than UPC (20.7%) and Digi (12.8%) combined.

Data produced by the regulator NMHH also shows that Invitel was in fourth place with a 10% share, followed by Tarr with 2.6% and PR-Telekom with 2.2%.

The total number of broadband cable subscriptions at the end of February stood at 825,965, of which 166,433 were via DOCSIS 3.0. XDSL and FTTx subscriptions meanwhile amounted to 799,297 and 275,597 respectively.
