how to install emu file?

Hi can you please tell me to install emu file like "cccam 2.30" on dreambox 800hd

cccam.2.30 comes to usr / bin Atributte to 755
CCcam_2.30_cam.sh comes to urs / script Atributte 777

what image are you using there is some already made emu's for different team images that you can ftp to tmp then manually install from the remote

I 'am using Dream Elite 4.0 001r005-DM800HD -ramiMAHER#ssl84D

if you have installed the one already press blue button and see if you can see softcam 1 if so press the > arrow button and select it then press ok to start it.

you can install ts panel then install the download extra,then you can download emu's from that

download this unzip and ftp to etc folder chmod 755 then restart enigma then press blue twice and you should see Download Extra from there you can download emus

Thanks Brummie is working know, I've got another question if you don't mind my USB is map it and is showing in device manager but in grossEPG configuration is not available only HDD. ANY IDEA WHY?

press menu/setup/system/ device manager/storage devices and press ok is it mounted media/hdd have a look at the bottom screen there is colours red to initialize green to check etc! prees info whislt on this screen also.

then try menu/setup/crossEPG/configure/storage device and use the arrow next to ok to change it USB if you cannot see USB try Hard Disk and press ok

Hi Brummie and thank you for your patient, unfortunately it did not work. it gives me error when I tried to initialize it, maybe I should format it on the PC to EXT3 format before use it in the box.

format it to fat 32 on the pc insert it then reboot and try again

I have format it to EXT3 using third party program in the PC
the then box recognise it
