How do i upload a channel list onto a Technomate TM-5402HD CI= (super +) receiver.

Is there a current updated channel list for this receiver with its original Technomate software installed. (ie not patched- not required)
Also i'm not sure if its a M1, M2 or M3 ....How can i tell. (it's not mine and i dont own one but trying to help out a friend of mine who has reset his receiver!!

Press Menu > System Information
here you will see what type of reciever it is exactly
Sounds like TM5402 M1 HD from your post above i think but it wont matter
channel list for M1/M2/M3 are all compatible with each other
they all use CNDF lists :thum:

Yes its possible to load a channel list via USB
Put Patch and Channel list on a USB then
MENU > USB > DATA TRANSFER/FTP > FIND CHANNEL LIST OR PATCH AND PRESS ok

The information box did not say if it was M1, M2 or M3 so i assume it"s an M1.and the channel upload works fine.
It'been a while since i last had a play around with satellites so i went out and
got myself a M 3 model so no doubt more questions on the way before very long.
