how can i install transmission

hello
how can i install the transmission in my cuberevo image sifteam?
i download a bz2 file but the sif team panel use tar.gz then i rename it and try to install and it say that it installed new one
but after check i found my old version

In The New Image Sifteam r13791 included plugin via /sif panel/red/and blue. Start scipt /menu/plugins/ green / seleckt script start transmisions. Great new image, for siftem ! Sorry for Enlish

yes i know but the old one (ver 1.5) and i want to install ver 2
