History widens CEE reach

History has launched in Ukraine on the DTH platform Lybid and at the same time added to its distribution in Russia by launching on Beeline.
The channel, along with History HD, has been available in Russia since late 2013, being offered by Rostelecom and NTV+.
Commenting on the developments, Dean Possenniskie, MD, Europe, A+E Networks, said: “We’re thrilled to have broken new ground in the Ukraine through our partnership with Lybid, and are looking forward to further expanding our reach across Russia in 2014”.
History is available in more than 330 million households in 160+ territories and 39 languages worldwide.
