Hex Data Files

Hello,
Cas studio shows to which one Silvercards only with Hex DATA files describe can. Is that correct? Where do I find Hex DATA files?

Silvercard is pretty outdated so you can't really find much recent files for it. Here is some old ds9 files for slivercard by mach1.

Which card is more modern and more suitably than the Silvercard?
Which of the four data have on the card?
And do I need still data for the Pay TV transmitter?
