Help With Telnet

Hi Guys

I've installed a skin, and I need to do a clean install, so I need to completely delete old skin version and setting. How do I do this, I was told I need to use Telnet. I have the commands, but I have never used telnet before, what do I need to do

Open a dos command window on your PC. If you have not already used telnet you may have to activate telnet in the Windows programmes.

In the dos window,
type: telnet 192.168.***.*** (your duo IP address)
enter the Duo login and then the password, then just enter the telnet commands.

where will I find my login and password

I used cuteFTP, I used the the login and password I use there but it did not work
