help with Tandberg and poc1.6

I have Vplug 246 and poc 1.6 but all i get is this ona 146 kb emm file


I get this line a bunch of times

I have edited most of them out
What Am I doing wrong do I need a newer program? a bigger emm file? a tandberg vplug in?
