I have already tsimage installed on dreambox 800hd se sll84, is it possible to install the new TSimage_3.0_OE-2.0-dm800seV2-2014-03-16-ramiMAHER#ssl88a.

No,it is not possible,becouse TSimage_3.0_OE-2.0-dm800seV2-2014-03-16-ramiMAHER#ssl88a is for new DM 800 SE V2 with sim 2.2,OK.You can install only in multiboot or barryallen by usb or hdd.
