Help with channel list

Hi just got myself a cuberevo 9000hd. It took a few weeks to get it up and running as i dont know much about these boxes. I was wondering if anyone could supply me with a chanel list and a wee guide on how to flash to the box and what folders the files go in, I am using the nessie image. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers
