hello all . I have a problem with the integrated media player , I can not read jpg pictures and movies to avi , when I start a movie you can hear the audio but can not see anything and tells me that the package is missing gstreamer . maybe I should use another media player ? thanks

The 800hd will not play avi or divx, its a hardware issue. They need to be converted to mpeg

im using this image, I tried to load the cams from the VTI Cam Center- Mange Cams, nothing came out. I am trying to load mgCamd 1.38.

What are the other ways to load the magcamd 1.38 in?

go to Mgcamd section
find BH mgcamd send the file to tmp folder
now press green then yellow download the cam reboot enigma2
go to blue panel with <> select the cam done

I went to the addons manager --> addons download manager

but cant find any of the mgcamd.

you have to FTP to your box with DCC

You can instal TSPanel and then get CAM's from there.

Rami thank you for this great image, I installed on a DM800 original and it works like a charm, and I would like to make a backup of my image with config and setting to be able to reinstall quickly in case of crash or ..... can I use flash backup plugin without problem

1.6.6 Is a VU+ image only ramimaher converted it to run on a clone, its not available for a original 800.

You could if you really need to use a converted image flash the clone version.

Flash the image do not reboot.
Start browser flashing again and flash the original 84ssl then reboot.
Now install the latest original driver and that should work.

Be warned lots of little problems with these converted images.
