Fun Card SRG Working files ?

Hi,
last year I programmed a fun card with an hex file and it worked until last 15 days .

Now it stopped working, and I have no more clear view on SRG channels, is there a new working file to open SRG with a Fun Card ?

Where can I find working hex files ?
