It's small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, but this miniature cannon is a fully-working model which can fire metal balls.
The tiny cannon works in exactly the same as a traditional sized version, with a user compressing gunpowder in the barrel, inserting a ball and then lighting a fuse.
As this video - which has become a hit on YouTube - shows it is capable of causing the same sort of destruction, only on a smaller scale.
In the clip, which has been viewed over 200,000 times, the homemade cannon is used to shoot at a variety of target from a Coke can to a balloon after being lit by a cigarette.
The maker says it fires "with great power and accuracy"… and he must believe that given how perilously close his computer is to the targets.
