flashexpander and dreamboxedit

For some reason i cant seem to watch my ip streams in favourites bouquet if i mount a usb with flashexpander.
Are you suppose to upload dreambox settings before you mount a usb in flashexpander.It kinda makes sense if you do..

Maybe the streams use your usb as a buffer and when you have used flash expander it can no longer use it as a buffer.

No idea if there is a fix.

Thanks Ferret.Just double checked it and all is fine until i reboot the dm after setting up flashexpander and doing a full reboot.If i go back to meoboot does the flash image have to be the same kernel as the image on usb .Im asking this because the latest pli4 image wont get to the meoboot stage .Maybe my meoboots too old im not sure .Its to complicated to me ..i know the streams work on a older image with meoboot which is usb too .Just doesnt like flashexpander...weird !......

Openpli 4 wont work in any mulitboot enviroment as far as im aware.

Hi Ferret .I have had pli4 on Meoboot as a slave image for a little while now.Before i had pli3 on .Its only the latest software update that conflicted with the flash image.You cant get the plugin Meoboot in the plugin list though.But upto now i was using dreamelite as my flash image.I may try a new dreamelite as a flash image or go back to oozoon as a flash:thum:

Guess the newer dms have go more memory so peolpe dont use flash expander.funny thing is it comes in the plugins list ..
