dreambox 800hd clone, i installed a the wrong image and i now have this message on the front screen, error1 - no ca found, ive tried everythging, connected the dreambox to the router and the laptop, and on dreamup it will say theres a connection, now switch on your dreambox, when i switch on the dreambox nothing is happening, any help would be appreciated.

You could try optiflasher or this with a null modem cable.

NO CA FOUND
I had the same problem with my 500HD and I used this tool to fix it.

Flashing a DB800HD
How to Flash a 800HD.
1. Connect the DB800 to the router cable and TV. Do not connect the power cable.
2. Turn on a computer connected to the same network (wireless or cable)
3. Press and hold the front panel ON/OFF button.
4. Apply power to the DB and wait until you see STOP in the front panel display window.
5. Release the ON/OFF button and the DB IP adress will appear in the window.
6. On the computer, start the Internet Explorer.
7. In the address line enter the following: http:// type here the DB IP address ,and press enter.
8. The Boot Loader program will appear on the screen
9. At the bottom of the screen, click on FIRMWARE UPGRADE.
10. Click on BROWSE In the „Select .nfi-File“ window and locate the image file you want to use.
Important: For clone Dreambox only use images designed for clone box.
11. It can either be on the C: drive or on a flash drive.
12. Click on the file and select OPEN and it will appear in the window you saw in step 10.
13. Click on FLASH and wait until the flashing starts.
14. When it starts it will show progress in % .
15. When flashing is finished, close the Boot Loader and disconnect power from DB
16. Reapply power to DB and follow instructions on the TV when boot-up is completed..
