This plugin reminds you by a short text insertion of upcoming programs that are broadcast regularly and within fixed time windows (e.g. Tagesschau, heute, RTL Aktuell).
In contrast to the system timer, Obacht displays the notice only temporarily, i.e. it does not have to be confirmed or removed via remote control. The duration, size, position, font and color are configurable.
For each program a lead time can be set: For example, if 30 seconds of lead time and 5 seconds of duration are set for the Tagesschau, the message "Tagesschau" is displayed from 19:59:30 to 19:59:35.
For programs with occasionally changing times (e.g. heute Journal), an EPG check is possible so that time shifts or program cancellations are taken into account.
Without EPG usage, Obacht can also be used for other reminder purposes.

It is not possible to change the channel cleanly and show the info bar while watching a recording.
The reason for this is that the movie player is "modal", i.e. the infobar/live view is virtually frozen as long as the movie player is running.
At first it looks as if a channel change worked, but when the movie player ends, the info bar returns to the old state.

Please check the attached test version, which I have adapted accordingly.
In the configuration for the OK button, a distinction is now made between live TV and TV & recordings.
If Live TV is selected, the OK button remains deactivated when watching recordings.
If TV&Recordings is selected, the movie player is closed and the channel is then changed

- An error in EPG detection has been fixed.
- The distinction between interactive and non-interactive display has been removed. The Ok button is now always usable if an EPG station has been assigned to the event and the "Switch with OK" option is enabled.

But I make it clear that I primarily develop for VTi and I only include the multiimage capability in plugins so that no one in other forums finds a reason to replace my copright with their own in the software code.
