Dream multimedia error

I have DM800 HD sim 2.01,i get this message when i turn on receiver,Dream multimedia error.
I search on the net about this problem,and i try this but i still have this problem.

Your sim card is dead, you need to replace it. There is few sim available, the Sim2 2.10, the Japhar SuperSim3 (does Sim2 2.01/2.10 + Japhar sim + Ferrari sim images). Search with google for Dreambox sim cards.

maybe simcard contackt problem reader check simcard read problem..
% 100 simcard not read problem..
