DM8000 - problem with boot up

Hi ,
My Dreambox 8000 won't boot up .
If I connect to it using Null modem cable i get the following information in Hyper Terminal :

that's as far as it gets ( can't get an IP via DHCP either )
any guidance on what I can do ?

I have got one success. When I open DreamUp 1.3.6 after start i can see on display new IP 192.168.1.66 and can open BIOS in DM but when I change something and save all after reboot I don't have saved changes. Everything is the same like before changes in BIOS. Even when I refresh to default setting nothing change.
Who can help me ? I can't read nothing on my SIM card because the letter are not clear but black ink.
I can see http start window and in my DM8000 I have got bootloader #76, but when I try to change to never everything goes well but after reboot I can see still #76 bootloader

For now when I open HT I can see

Sucess is that I have got one extra sign "}"

When I am trying to flash new image with bott #76 I have got info

Flashing failed (!!! 002 CRC failed)
box will be unusable now

Please help me

What I can do to repair my DM

Next step with my DM

I can boot new SSL and image when I switch Dream Up 1.3.3.6. On display see IP 192.168.1.66 and Serial Port
I can go into HTTP to DM, I can see progres with flash to 100% but when I reboot DM everythig go back to my first step. Strange.

Who have got the same ?
