DM 800 HD will not bootup

Hi I have a Dm800 HD the unit will not bootup I have loaded new boot loader and new image but the dim just sits on the picture of a dm800 and it just keeps rebooting to the same position can you anyone help me with this

Need more info on the bootloader and if your box is a clone.

I would though before going any further try another PSU as those symptoms could be because of a weak power supply.

dm800 HD clone will not boot up

The fm is a clone it will fire up say boot #84d and then comes up with the dm IP address and then goes not further

Remove the tuner from its slot ! Does it boot up then ?

When I remove the tuner the unit boots up I suppose I need to order a new tuner for the unit ,many thanks for your help

Yes tuner is faulty.

Try ebay and find a revision m tuner.

There are only two on eBay
Dreambox800 hd DVB-C Tuner(Virgin media) and Dreambox800 HD se DVB-C Tuner (virgin media) any of these two any good remembering mine is a dream box 800hd

Both those are cable tuners is that what you require if so a cable tuner is a cable tuner revision does not matter.
