Can Anyone Do Biss cam for 27.5W BBC

Are there any matrix files for 27.5W which have BBC 1,2,3,4 ITV1, C4 and a few other, it appears they have not changed encryption/keys for 3 years. It may help people in areas that cannot receive astra 1N and have lost their telly, it has moved to us in spain and away from places like cyprus.

Not even been transmitting anywhere near 3 years in Biss........(BBC Prime used to be around that area 27.5W, I think. In D2Mac years ago but no Biss transmission from BBC/ITV there until very recently)

Only been a package of UK channels encrypted in Biss on that satellite for 4 Months my friend. Have no idea where you get the grossly inaccurate 3 years info from:
