Black Viaccess Cam - will this work with latest Al Jazeera card??

I wanna get an Al Jazeera sports card fot hotbird 13e and i have a viaccess cam from a few years back and wondered if that would work or do i need the latest cam?? Its the black viaccess cam like the one below...
