Have you tried it and were you able to set up and use an account? What about paying for a subscription without a Swiss account?

I created a subscription user for a friend living in Marbella (with no satelite access to Telstar) with a kabelio cam, and it’s quite easy. Just indicate a valid Swiss address and works. Payment was done by PayPal. And when the suscription expires it’s only question to buy a new code and renew from kabelio website. Reception is with Eutelsat 13°E, so satellite coverage it’s not a problem.

hi, i am in north spain, santander, and telstar 15 w bbc channels have 60% signal and quality, but i cant see them. I have a viark 4k. When they were in 27,5 all was clear, but now nothing. Can anybody tell me a firm or another thing to see that?

Have a look at the kabelio thread. By the way you should be getting a better signal, I’d check your hardware

Hi! Im from Portugal. I have a Qviart Dual and I have the same problem. I was able to watch 27.5w perfectly both on Dual and Viark DRS2, but with the change to 15w not anymore in these receivers, yet I have signal. To be able again, we will need to wait an update... but we have no updates since November...

However, you will be able to watch those channels with a Enigma2 receiver. You will need to do some work, like adding some parameters, but it worth it! You have all you need here in Sat-Universe in other topic. Have a look!
