    PCEditor startup error

    Hi there... I have just downloadet the latest version of the pceditor (beta 10) But i get an error when the problem starts up. It says: A required .DLL file MFC42U.DLL was not found I´m running it on my only pc wich is a win98se machine Please help regards Thomas
