hello everybody, iam in santander,north of spain. My signal is 60% in bbc channels on telstar 15w I have a viark 4k, and always say no signal, but the signal is 60% Quality. The viark, has the biss key ok, but NO SIGNAL, Can anybody tell me anything to see that channels? I only speak a little...

hi, i am in north spain, santander, and telstar 15 w bbc channels have 60% signal and quality, but i cant see them. I have a viark 4k. When they were in 27,5 all was clear, but now nothing. Can anybody tell me a firm or another thing to see that? Thanks
