I tried to record a Roland Garros's match on Eurosport 4K but the images are not smooth because every 5 seconds there are jerks. Is the problem the decoder (Viark Droi) that can't record 4K channels or am I doing something wrong?

I forgot to mention that my decoder is the Viark Droi 4K.

Have any of you ever been able to record on a 4K channel opened by Forever's server? For example on ELEVEN SPORT 4K?

One thing I have never understood is why European's customers are not allowed to purchase the VIP code but only the SP1 code. A real suicide!
