    Woah . That escalated quickly . Have u got a sat beeper. To check for signal. Maybe you have trees or bushes in the way blocking signal. Or 5g interference where you're located

    Sounds like a good plan . Maybe the summer Make sure you use those gold plated f connectors for maximum signal and really thick coax cable

    H to H motors are easier to setup in my opinion.. motor elevation set. Go to 1w . Peak signal. Job done

    Have u tried a moteck h to h motor ? Easier to install and align than a polar mount with actuator

    If signal wasn't consistent for over 1 minute. Then sounds like 4 or 5g interference. Need a 4g filter

    Presume u mean other way around No, location not really a factor with this specific situation

    April last year I could get 10.2db. Late last year I couldn't get over 9.2db and still today. Sure it's Not my setup . Think Nelson agreed in a post also. If you're still getting 10.2 db then fair enough but I'm sure certain it ain't my end. Can't u verify with what your now getting ?

    thats the wrong type of scalar hood, you need a conical scalar hood for offset dishes....your using the one for a prime focus.
