i can confirm sky uk works more channels on 0963 cards with streamrelay. tested on sf8008 arm. This is an streamrelay stream, it's not iptv. Only some Sky sd channels works and nat geo, eurosport 1+2, movies24. White 0963 local card used. thanks samur !
